• All items to be moved including Special items are limited to what 2 man can carry safely
• Box weight is limited to 50Lbs or 15”. Any boxes beyond that will be counted as 2-3 depending on size
• All items to be moved must be disconnected/disassembled by customer prior to mover’s arrival. Disconnection/Disassembly can be provided at an additional fee (call for details)
• All electronics must be disconnected prior to mover’s arrival.
• Unless item presents exterior damage or signs of mishandling, we will not be responsible for internal damage to all electronics or computer equipment.
• All drawers must be emptied out prior to mover’s arrival. This rule applies but is not limited to dressers, chests, cabinets, desks, nigh tables, etc.
• All boxes must be properly packed and sealed prior to the mover’s arrival. Movers will not commence a move until all boxes are packed, a waiting fee may apply if movers must wait for boxes to be packed.
• Unless boxes/containers present exterior damage or sign of mishandling, we will not cover damages for items packed in boxes/containers.
• All clothing articles must be properly packed before the mover’s arrival.
• Customer must arrange with apartment for immediate access after mover’s arrival. A waiting fee of $45/Hr will apply if movers must wait for customer (arriving at point A or B, Waiting for Apt. Keys, Signing Lease etc)
• Plugin Realty’s Free Move is limited to Dallas/Forth Worth Metroplex area. If your Pick-up or Drop-Off point is out of this area a $1.00 fee per mile will be charged. Please notify our office in advance if this is your case.
• The distance between the parked moving vehicle and customer’s residence door must be within 50Ft. or less. An additional fee will apply to all Long walks starting at $.50/Ft.
• cancellation or rescheduling on the day of the move will incur a $75 Fee. cancellation after arrival of the crew to customer’s residence will incur a $100 fee. Please notify our office 72hrs prior to your moving day to cancel/reschedule.
• Free Move is limited to ONE pick up and drop off location. Additional stops will incur an additional fee. Call our office for details.
• Items which are oversized and can cause damage to the item or property or do not fit through front doors at delivery, will be left as close to the customer’s dwelling as possible. We may refuse to attempt to bring item inside dwelling if risk of damage to property or injury exists.
• We DO NOT move items that require going over patios, balconies or windows or a pulley system.
• Customer is responsible to pay any additional charges not covered by Plugin Realty’s Free Move upfront.
• We reserve the right to reschedule moves due to bad weather or unforeseen events.

• Customer understands that Plugin Realty is NOT a moving company; therefore an independent contractor will be hired to perform the Free Move for the customer. Plugin Realty and the moving company hired to perform moving services are separate entities, no relationship, partnership or joint venture exists between the two parties.
• Any claims for services or damages must be directly handled with the moving company providing the Free Move services.
• Plugin Realty and Dr. Move Inc. reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
• Plugin Realty reserves the right to change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and for any reason
