We Want Everyone to Get a Free Move!
Disclaimer: To ensure that you can take advantage of your free move, we have outlined how you become eligible. Please be sure to read through these carefully, so as not to be disappointed.
To add to our customer’s pleasure in finding the perfect place, we are according those that lease with one of the apartments we list a free move. With respect to honoring our promise, we operate as duly licensed Texas real estate agents that share a relationship with a host of Dallas<>Fort Worth apartments, condos, townhouses, duplexes and several other rental properties. With that in mind, we offer a free move in accordance to our relationship with our apartment clients. They must be satisfied that we are assisting them in a way that benefits their operation—supplying them with people who want to rent an apartment with them. This is what puts points on our board.
Having said that, we are also interested in accommodating apartment customers with dependable, first-class information about our listings in an effort to have them visit these properties to determine ifthey meet their needs.
We use top-tier Dallas<>Fort Worthapartment movers, with sterling reputations, who will give you the best service, according to Texas state standards. We must also disclose that we, as a third party, are not liable for loss or damage, should you choose to take the opportunity to use their services. It will be the property-owner’s responsibility to obtain additional insurance, if necessary, and to work with the movers as Plugin Realty will in no way be involved.
Guidelines For FREE MOVE
- You will not have visited/called the property prior to registering with Plugin Realty.
- You will notify your agent prior to visiting communities, so that in the event a community requires free-registration, (shouldn’t this be pre-registration? ) our agent is capable of fulfilling this requirement.
- You will need to list Plugin Realty and your agent’s name on the Guest card and Rental Application. (This should be done in order to be eligible for either the Free Move offer ????)
- Plugin Realty can accommodate 1 move per apartment.
- Moving from a sister propertycancels our Free Move offer.
- A movewithin the community where you leasecancels our Free Move offer.
- Transferring (on-site transfer) from within the same propertycancels our Free Move offer.
- A minimum 6-month lease is required to be eligible for the free move. Leases shorter than six months may be eligible for a reduced moving credit.

- If the referral fee from the participating community is below our minimum requirements, then we reserve the right to offer a reduced moving credit.
- By accepting our offer, you are acknowledging you have read and understand the following pages: “What We Move” and this Disclaimer.
- Your rental rate* should be at least $650.00. (If less than $650.00, you may be eligible for a reduced moving credit/free move).
Non-Payment by Apartment Complex
Customer acknowledges that if for any reason a property decides not to pay our referral commission, this will constitute a retraction of our free move offer. Customer understands that if the apartment community does not pay the referral fee based on the guidelines listed above or for any other reason (i.e. if you skip or get evicted from the community), then customer will be responsible for the cost of the move at the following rate:
- One Bedroom Apartment Flat Rate Move Cost = $300.00
- Two Bedroom Apartment Flat Rate Move Cost = $500.00
- Three Bedroom Apartment Flat Rate Move Cost = $700.00
- Four Bedroom Apartment Flat Rate Move Cost = $1000.00
Disclosure
- The Mover reserves the right to waive responsibility for any item that the mover’s feels cannot be moved safely.
- The Mover will not begin a move until all items are removed from dressers, chest of drawers, entertainment centers, wine racks, or any other piece of furniture containing items.
- The Mover will not begin a move until all boxes are taped and sealed.
- The Mover will not move any articles of clothing that are not properly boxed.
- The Mover will not begin a move until all electronic items are disconnected from each other and outlets. i.e. stereos, VCR’S computers, etc…
- The Mover will not move pianos unless prior arrangements are made
Reasons why you might not qualify for a Free Move
- Plugin Realty and only Plugin Realty was NOT listed on the guest card, application and lease application. You cannot list a friend, resident referral, another locator, drive by, etc. Please make sure you see them write Plugin Realty as your referral source on the Guest Card.
- You were not registered with Plguin Realty prior to visiting with the apartment community.
- You did not wait until Plugin Realty registered you as our customer at the apartment community before you visited.
- You didn’t sign a 6 month or longer lease
- You or your roommate previously lived at the apartment community you are moving to.
- Sister property transfer disqualification: a sister property is an apartment community managed/owned by the same company. If 2 properties on the same street or nearby are owned/managed by XYZ Management Company, you may not qualify to move from one to the other
- The apartment community’s commission falls below Plugin Realty’s minimum commission requirement.
